At BrewClan Coffee, we want to ensure your order reaches you fresh, fast, and safely. Here’s everything you need to know about how we handle shipping and delivery.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India.

If you’d like to place an international order, please contact us at hello[at]brewclancoffee.com before placing your order.

 

2. Order Processing Time

  • All our coffees are roasted to order to ensure freshness.
  • Orders are typically roasted and dispatched within 2-4 business days from the date of order.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

 

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days from dispatch
  • Other cities/towns: 4–7 business days from dispatch

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and external factors like weather or courier delays.

 

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
  • For orders below ₹499 or Cash on Delivery (if applicable), a nominal shipping fee may apply, shown at checkout.

 

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use it to follow the status of your delivery in real time.

6. Delays & Non-Delivery

While we work with reliable courier partners, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please:

  • Check your tracking link for status
  • Contact us with your order number at hello[at]brewclancoffee.com

We will investigate and assist you promptly.

 

7. Delivery Address & Issues

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate when placing an order. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete details.

 

8. In-Store Pickup (If Applicable)

You can also choose to pick up your order from our café if informed at least 2 days prior at:
