Refund policy
At BrewClan Coffee, we’re committed to delivering freshly roasted, high-quality coffee to every customer. Since all our beans are roasted to order, cancellations and refunds are subject to the terms below.
1. Roast-to-Order Policy
All our coffee is freshly roasted only after an order is placed. Because of this:
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified.
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds for roasted coffee unless the product is damaged or there was a mistake on our part.
This policy helps us minimize waste and maintain the freshness and quality our customers expect.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)
Email us at hello[at]brewclancoffee.com, and our team will respond within 2-3 business days. In such cases, we may offer a refund, credit, or a replacement at our discretion.
3. Non-Coffee Products
For non-perishable items like brewing equipment or merchandise:
- Returns may be accepted if the item is unused and in original condition
- You must notify us within 7 days of delivery
Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
4. Refunds (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved:
- It will be processed to the original payment method
- It may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider
